How to Prepare your Vehicle for Transport

The gas tank be no more than 1/4 full

All personal belongings should be removed

Disable alarm systems

One set of keys for the vehicle must be provided

Car battery must be secure in the mounting bracket

Vehicle must have no obvious fluid leaks

Please remove your TOLL PASS – even if it’s in the glove box it could activate and charge you

Have a clean car for inspection as a dirty vehicle decreases the ability to perform a quality inspection

If the vehicle is inoperable, an inoperable fee of $150 will be added to the transport cost

Vehicle Inspection Requirements

We encourage pickup and delivery during daylight hours for our drivers – although after hours delivery is possible, daylight provides the best setting for you to inspect your vehicle thoroughly and sign the condition report

You or a designated individual must be present for the inspection at the time of pick-up and delivery

You or a designated individual must sign the bill of lading (condition report) at both the pick-up and delivery location

You or a designated individual is responsible for confirming your vehicle’s condition (this must be done before the driver leaves both pick-up and delivery location)

Damage will be noted by our transporter on the bill of lading at origin (in the unlikely event there is additional damage upon delivery, it should be noted by the transporter on the bill of lading and is your responsibility to make sure that all such damage is noted)

Guidelines for Successful Transport

Some factors are out of the driver’s control like traffic, weather, or time needed at other stops on the way

This is why we provide delivery estimates instead of a specific time and date

The driver’s pick-up/delivery window cannot be adjusted so once this time is announced please be sure you are available

Provide a working phone number where you may be reached throughout the transportation of your vehicle

Did You Know?

Your vehicle is most likely transported on a multi-car carrier that is making other pick-ups and deliveries along the way to your destination. Your car is protected as all our carriers have a minimum of $100K in cargo liability insurance.

The driver’s pick-up/delivery window cannot be adjusted so once this time is announced please be sure you are available.

Remember, the driver is not to be paid by you. At the time your order is placed and approved, your credit card will be pre-authorized but it will only be charged once your vehicle is safely delivered.
