Customer Service Rockstar

Crestline Auto Transport is looking for a committed, customer service expert who is skilled and experienced at building relationships. You thrive on providing assistance to others. You can’t help but inspire confidence as you are able to convey product value through your work. Our entire business depends on our relationships with our customers, and you will be a vital part of our Customer Experience Team as you learn all aspects of a brokerage operation by arranging transportation of all types of vehicles all over the U.S.

We hope you’re someone who loves people because this position includes developing new relationships with customers and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base. You will learn the process of taking and entering orders into our industry specific software program and manage the order through delivery and follow-up with customers. This is a fast-paced environment where you must be flexible as this role has different challenges each day.

What You'll Do

  • Master the Quote request process through on-the-job training and continued learning.
  • Manage allocated queue of commercial and consumer customer quote requests.
  • Provide timely response to customer quote requests via phone and email.

  • Maintain organized queue of open quote requests using our cloud-based CRM app-Nutshell.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service in every interaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize our CRM app to manage all customer interaction and inquiries.

Accounting Team Lead

Are numbers your thing? Do you excel at details and do perfect books give you joy? We’re looking for a new team member to take responsibility for billing our customers for loads shipped including LTL, logistics and auto transport nationwide. Our brokerage firm model needs someone with superior knowledge not only of standard accounting principles and invoicing procedures but all of the back-office processes involved in the accounts receivable and payable processes. If you have even more in-depth accounting experience such as bank reconciliation, general journal entries, credit card and ACH processing and general ledger maintenance, you might be the perfect candidate. While customer invoicing is absolutely critical, we need someone who provides excellent service when interacting with our customers, carriers and dispatchers.

Must-Have Qualities

  • Obsessive with the details
  • Accounts Receivable management including collections
  • Expert in Quick Books Online, Payroll experience including Quarterly reports and Excel and able to learn new software programs quickly
  • Supremely organized with ability to effectively and efficiently supervise another person
  • Administrative experience including file management and setup
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
