Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate (BDA) is a sales position responsible for the establishment, maintenance and continual growth of a personal client-account portfolio. The BDA manages all stages of a brokerage sales transaction to include, but are not limited to, the following functions:

  • Cold Calling of prospective shipper-clients and truckload carriers
  • Rate negotiations between both the shipper, client and the carrier
  • Single point-of-contact for transaction management

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience is preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Work within a self-directed environment
  • Able to work through problems and adapt within a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate Characteristics

  • Proven ability to solicit new customers and meet specific revenue targets
  • Establish consistent working relationships over the phone
  • Minimum five (5) years experience with a track record of financial growth
  • Transportation industry experience preferred

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a management position responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and continual growth of the Crestline Auto Transport Logistics Division. This is a supervisory role over both the Operations and Business Development staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of logistics operations management experience is preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Work within a self-directed environment
  • Able to work through problems and adapt within a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate Characteristics

  • Proven ability to manage staff, solicit customers and meet specific revenue targets
  • Establish consistent working relationships
  • Minimum five (5) years total logistics experience with a track record of financial growth
  • Transportation industry experience preferred

Carrier Logistics Coordinator

The Carrier Logistics Coordinator (CLC) is an operations position responsible for the maintenance and execution of the Crestline carrier-account portfolio. The CLC manages all stages of a brokerage operations transaction to include, but are not limited to, the following functions:

  • Cold Calling of prospective truckload carriers
  • Onboarding and training of carriers in use and implementation of our IT platform
  • Data order entry
  • Track and trace
  • Maintenance of operations reports

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Work within a self-directed environment
  • Able to work through problems and adapt within a fast-paced environment
  • High school and/or some college experience preferred

  • Minimum two (2) years experience with a track record of financial growth
