Customer Experience Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to bolster customer relationships by providing distinctive service and product assistance. This helps the consumer to find value in our product and instills confidence in our company. You will be a vital part of our Customer Experience Team and you will get to learn all aspects of a brokerage operation by arranging transportation of all types of vehicles all over the U.S. This includes developing new relationships with carriers and maintaining relationships with our existing carrier base. You will learn the process to take and enter orders into our industry specific software program and manage the order through delivery and follow-up with customers. Flexibility will be key to the role as each day may offer a different challenge. In this position you will:

  • Master the Quote request process through formal onboarding program and continued learning.
  • Manage allocated queue of customer quote requests.
  • Provide timely response to customer quote requests via phone and email.
  • Maintain organized queue of open quote requests utilizing our CRM tool.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing distinctive service in all interactions.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Nutshell to manage all customer interaction and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer relationship building skills
  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience
  • 1 year experience with CRM tool such as Nutshell or similar software (SalesForce etc.)
  • 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized and strong ability to multi-task
  • Strong curiosity and desire to learn
  • Ability to display good judgment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow through on tasks until completed

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a management position responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and continual growth of the Crestline Auto Transport Logistics Division. This is a supervisory role over both the Operations and Business Development staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of logistics operations management experience is preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Work within a self-directed environment
  • Able to work through problems and adapt within a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate Characteristics

  • Proven ability to manage staff, solicit customers and meet specific revenue targets
  • Establish consistent working relationships
  • Minimum five (5) years total logistics experience with a track record of financial growth
  • Transportation industry experience preferred

Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate (BDA) is a sales position responsible for the establishment, maintenance and continual growth of a personal client-account portfolio. The BDA manages all stages of a brokerage sales transaction to include, but are not limited to, the following functions:

  • Cold Calling of prospective shipper-clients and truckload carriers
  • Rate negotiations between both the shipper, client and the carrier
  • Single point-of-contact for transaction management

Requirements
