I had a great experience with Crestline. I had my car transported from Dallas to Cleveland and was updated throughout the process to make sure that we were on the same page. We a small setback on the day that it was supposed to be delivered because the truck driver was having a problem with his hydraulics but he was able to get it fixed and still have it delivered on the agreed upon day. Other than that they were very courteous and professional and I would use the service again.

The car came in perfect. Ordered open trailer got closed trailer at same price. MK held my hand all the way and eased my worries about dealing with seller. I bought a car from a dealer near Dallas Texas, I live in central Michigan, I called Crestline and they were friendly and gave me a price I thought was good and I gave them the info they needed. A few days later they said car was picked up and about when to expect it. A couple days later truck driver called and said later in day, then called again with about 1 hr. notice. Had car 6 days after first call. I thought they were friendly and easy to deal with.

Crestline arranged to ship my 55-year-old inoperable Land Rover to a desolate location in New Mexico... This was NOT an easy job! Finding a driver willing to make this trip required vast resources. Crestline kept working on it as promised until they go it done. Customer for life!

Bought a vehicle through eBay and had Seller include shipping in purchase price (won't ever do this again BTW). Unfortunately, vehicle was damaged in shipping and although the unscrupulous eBay Seller never paid Crestline for the shipping, MK worked with me to get reimbursed for the damages. I would ship with Crestline again in a heartbeat. MK is a stand-up guy, he and Crestline dealt with me fairly.

I was asking them to move my car between two fairly small cities. The car was picked up in less than a week from placing the order to move it. The reply was prompt and professional and I had a quote in a few minutes. Crestline followed up with email confirmations and later phone calls. When it came to actually picking up the car they kept their word and they were able to arrange delivery during the holiday weekend. The driver himself was professional, friendly and got my car to me in one piece. I honestly have no complaints.

Everything was so easy. My daughter was coming home from school and I didn't want her driving cross country by herself. The staff took such great care of her she had dropped her car off at the Crestline offices and Cary even went the extra step of having my daughter call her when she reached the Dallas airport to make sure she was ok. The truck driver that brought her car was able to meet us about two blocks from our home in a church parking lot. Everything went extremely smoothly!

Crestline beat the competitors price by 20%. I just moved across the country and was paying for movers, car shipping, and a flight, so any savings was good. The only reason I removed a star was because they were not able to pickup the car in the exact pickup window they originally promised, it was two days later.
