Unfortunately, vehicle was damaged in shipping and although the unscrupulous eBay Seller never paid Crestline for the shipping, MK worked with me to get reimbursed for the damages. I would ship with Crestline again in a heartbeat. MK is a stand-up guy, he and Crestline dealt with me fairly.”

Purchased a used car out of state from a dealer in Colorado. They recommended Crestline along with another carrier for... auto shipping services. I went with the lower quote of the two. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional and I was regularly updated on the status of my shipment. It took roughly five days for one of the transporters to pick up my car from the dealer but I believe the abnormally inclement weather for the region was the likely and understandable reason for the delay. The up-side is that the car arrived less than 36 hours after it had been picked up. The driver was communicative and I was given a very accurate ETA. My third experience with having a car shipped (the first with Crestline) and I am pleased to say it was another positive one. It was a bit on the pricey side, in my opinion, for a 12 hour drive ($1,100) but I guess everything is on the pricey side these days. I opted to not drive it down myself as I am not comfortable driving in snowy/icy conditions. The expense, to me, was worth the convenience. I do recommend their service if you're seeking a no hassle and competent vehicle transport. Thanks Crestline!read more

This company was amazing! Keith the person in charge of dispatch was very transparent regarding the car transporting... process. Crestline was able to transport the vehicle I traded in as well as have the other vehicle I purchased delivered within a few days as one vehicle were coming from another state and the other was being sent to another state. The price was exactly what I was quoted which was very reasonable and Keith was available whenever I reached out if I had a question. I was referred to Crestline from the dealer and I was so happy with my choice. The vehicles both arrived without a scratch in place, and no damages. I have to say that the shipment of my truck was not a smooth process as there were several bumps along the way. There... was a lack of communication starting with our salesperson that created a domino effect of timing, communication and delivery delays. I cannot say every interaction I had with Crestline representatives was positive or professional. I did however deal with a couple of Crestline representatives who made a difference in the final delivery of my truck. Tierra was phenomenal and did everything in her power to facilitate the communication of the delayed delivery of our truck. In the end our truck was delivered by VB auto group with a great driver who kept us updated on delivery timing. I received my truck but I cannot say that I will be seeking out Crestline for future deliveries.read more

Crestline transported my dear old 1949 pickup from Iowa to Montana. Their fee was fair. My pickup arrived without... damage. The transport driver, the booking agent and another representative were responsive and professional. Loading and unloading of my pickup took place on schedule within an agreed 24h window. Importantly, the whole arrangement was setup in just a few days. -- no weeks of delays. Vehicle transport is not like, say, ordering from Amazon. A bit of trust is sought in direct contacts with the transport agency. I found that trust, the right price and good results with Crestline.read more

Absolutely awful transport company. I bought a car that was transported from PA to CT and the car came to me damaged... (scratches in the rims) as well as the driver bringing it to the wrong address. It was in perfect condition when I bought it. It ended up being delivered in the middle of the night when I wasn’t even there, it was a whole mess. I wouldn’t have bothered to write a review but I haven’t heard back from the owner, Alan, in 3 weeks after telling him about the issue. Crestline Auto did a great job getting me my car all the way from Connecticut to North Carolina is about 24 hours. It... was transported very well, I didn't see a scratch on it. Sometimes when they ship cars they put chains through the gaps in the wheel caps, so I thought those at least might be scratched. But even that they handled by putting these padded straps over the tires. The driver was very helpful and even helped me set up my license plate and get the car started since I was unfamiliar with the controls initially. Also ordering and adjusting my order was very easy as they were very responsive by phone and email. I couldn't recommend them more highly. The job was perfectly done.read more

The car in Colorado I called Casey about Friday of last week is safely tucked in for the night in Texas on Wednesday.... This world of cars is new to us, but my husband grew up knowing that when his dad passed, his classic car would be passed down. Amidst chaos, grief, mysteries, pain, and conflict, Crestline made the process of moving that inoperable, but sentimental hunk of metal seemless for this clueless teacher who knows nothing about cars, let alone moving a dead one across the country. This company is a step above the rest. I called them in a panic Wednesday aug 11 after I hired a company to pick up a... very important car the week before and they completely failed. I emailed Tierra explaining the situation and asking them if there was anyway they could deliver a vehicle to me by next Thursday ( more than 13 hours away). I found a T Bucket hot rod up in Maryland, and since I live near Charlotte NC, there was no way I could go up and get... it, and bring it back. I found Crestline on the web and gave them a call, on short notice. (I have never had anything transported before, and they had enclosed or open transports.) I told them I was going to look at the T, and if I bought it, I wanted it picked up the following day if possible. I found this company based on the reviews, I wanted to make sure my Son's car was shipped correctly so the first phone... call was good the communication with the company was excellent. So the car was shipped from Dallas to California the driver picked up the car with no problem but when my son's car arrived in California it was missing the bumper? The front end was damaged and the bumper was missing so my son asked what happened he said his exact words" I guess it flew off " How does a bumper fly off ? So now we are dealing with claims and this Taurus guy from claims is rude he said the estimate was too high get another one . Who do you think you are a mechanic ? I dont think so. I was amazed at the number of calls/emails one get if you happen to submit a car shipping request online. I would recommend not to submit for quote unless you do some research about the transport company.Crestline Experience:I shipped my 2010 TOYOTA CAMRY from Milpitas, CA to Austin, TX. I am amazed by there professionalism in picking up and delivering car. My car got picked up on friday evening and was delivered on sunday evening(2 days). The pick up and delivery location were less than a mile from the agreed address. The driver deserves a lot of appreciation for his flexibility to get the car delivered closer to the agreed location, keeping you informed of the delivery and most importantly condition of the car was immaculate.The crestline auto transport customer support person called in on monday to check if the car was delivered as per the promise. Once acknowledged from me, they went ahead and charged the money we agreed on during initial conversation.Overall i would recommend Crestiline auto transport hands down. They make business a breeze. I now understand why... they have gotten so many good reviews, they did a great job moving my car for me!! I was asking them to move my car between two fairly small cities. I first contacted Crestline Auto Transport on a Sunday afternoon for a quote VIA text message of all ways. I loved this... option because it allowed me to multitask. The reply was prompt and professional and I had a quote in a few minutes. Crestline followed up with email confirmations and later phone calls.
