These terms apply to carriers who receive SMS text messages from Crestline Auto Transport as part of our carrier communications program.

After a carrier has been assigned a shipment, Crestline Auto Transport may request the carrier’s consent to receive SMS text messages regarding shipment status updates and ETAs. This request is made verbally by phone or in writing by email, is entirely voluntary, and is never a condition of receiving or completing a shipment assignment.

Consent to receive SMS messages is collected directly by Crestline Auto Transport for this program specifically. It is not shared, sold, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies based on active shipments. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications, and HELP for assistance. A carrier’s decision to accept, decline, or opt out of SMS communications has no effect on their eligibility for current or future shipment assignments with Crestline Auto Transport.
