Absolutely awful transport company. I bought a car that was transported from PA to CT and the car came to me damaged... (scratches in the rims) as well as the driver bringing it to the wrong address. It was in perfect condition when I bought it. It ended up being delivered in the middle of the night when I wasn’t even there, it was a whole mess. I wouldn’t have bothered to write a review but I haven’t heard back from the owner, Alan, in 3 weeks after telling him about the issue. He promised to help me get it resolved, but has completely went ghost.read more

Crestline Auto did a great job getting me my car all the way from Connecticut to North Carolina is about 24 hours. It... was transported very well, I didn't see a scratch on it. Sometimes when they ship cars they put chains through the gaps in the wheel caps, so I thought those at least might be scratched. But even that they handled by putting these padded straps over the tires. The driver was very helpful and even helped me set up my license plate and get the car started since I was unfamiliar with the controls initially. Also ordering and adjusting my order was very easy as they were very responsive by phone and email. I couldn't recommend them more highly. The job was perfectly done.read more

Amazing service! Customer service was great and helpful every time I called. They advise and worked directly with me,... keeping me inform of the process and what I could do if I needed extra info. Ive worked with other transport company and was surprise of their 1-4 days scheduling timeline. I needed to ship my Dodge Midnite express from WI to TN. Crestline agreed to ship in an enclosed trailer in a 5 day... window. They stated they couldn't find an enclosed trailer large enough to accommodate a D-150. (Not my first rodeo, it's been shipped numerous times in an enclosed trailer. They then suggested open shipping...which I didn't want.. no reduction in price. Bait and switch.read more

The car in Colorado I called Casey about Friday of last week is safely tucked in for the night in Texas on Wednesday.... This world of cars is new to us, but my husband grew up knowing that when his dad passed, his classic car would be passed down. Amidst chaos, grief, mysteries, pain, and conflict, Crestline made the process of moving that inoperable, but sentimental hunk of metal seemless for this clueless teacher who knows nothing about cars, let alone moving a dead one across the country. The driver and his wife were the sweetest and kindest pair. They not only got it here safely, but they unloaded it with us and moved it into it's garage to set it in its home for the time being. They could have left it on the street, but they went the extra mile to get it parked in the garage.Thank you for making something easy amongst a very complicated chapter of our lives.read more

I had an extremely urgent situation to get a demo vehicle transported from Minnesota to Virginia for a critical event.... Our previous transport company was unreliable and in my search for a new transport company, I found Crestline. I submitted my request and they were very responsive and assured me that my vehicle would be picked up in a 1-4 day window. As an unknown company, I was nervous but had no other option than to trust them. Crestline not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. They picked my vehicle up in 2 days and from my first interaction with them, they have been very communicative with me and our team on the receiving end. This company is a step above the rest. I called them in a panic Wednesday aug 11 after I hired a company to pick up a... very important car the week before and they completely failed. I emailed Tierra explaining the situation and asking them if there was anyway they could deliver a vehicle to me by next Thursday ( more than 13 hours away). They committed and boy did they deliver! they had the vehicle picked up the SAME day and delivered today Thursday Aug 12. How they pulled this off I really have no idea! Both the transport company and the driver had excellent communication the whole time which is so important as well.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!read more

Arranged transportation for a 2019 Corvette with Crestline on 7/12/2021. At the time the order was placed, we were... told it would be picked up on 7/14/2021. It was not. Then it would be by the end of the week, then the next week, and finally yesterday. As of today, 7/30/2021, the car has still not been picked up, this time because the truck broke down. If you want someone you can depend on, don't choose Crestline. We won't make the same mistake twice.read more

I found a T Bucket hot rod up in Maryland, and since I live near Charlotte NC, there was no way I could go up and get... it, and bring it back. I found Crestline on the web and gave them a call, on short notice. (I have never had anything transported before, and they had enclosed or open transports.) I told them I was going to look at the T, and if I bought it, I wanted it picked up the following day if possible. They did exactly as I asked, and my beautiful T was brought to my house in the next day or two. Everything was perfect! From the people on the phone, to the transporters themselves, I couldn't ask for a better experience. I will use them again if the need arises.read more

I found this company based on the reviews, I wanted to make sure my Son's car was shipped correctly so the first phone... call was good the communication with the company was excellent. So the car was shipped from Dallas to California the driver picked up the car with no problem but when my son's car arrived in California it was missing the bumper? The front end was damaged and the bumper was missing so my son asked what happened he said his exact words" I guess it flew off " How does a bumper fly off ? So now we are dealing with claims and this Taurus guy from claims is rude he said the estimate was too high get another one . Who do you think you are a mechanic ? I dont think so. So now we are trying to get my sons car fixed so just be careful when you ship your vehicle make sure the driver they are using is competent. DONT USE THIS COMPANYread more

I am not a person who usually write a lot of reviews. However i am doing this to see if it can be of help to someone... who wants to find the right guys in auto transport industry. I was amazed at the number of calls/emails one get if you happen to submit a car shipping request online. I would recommend not to submit for quote unless you do some research about the transport company.Crestline Experience:I shipped my 2010 TOYOTA CAMRY from Milpitas, CA to Austin, TX. I am amazed by there professionalism in picking up and delivering car. My car got picked up on friday evening and was delivered on sunday evening(2 days). The pick up and delivery location were less than a mile from the agreed address. The driver deserves a lot of appreciation for his flexibility to get the car delivered closer to the agreed location, keeping you informed of the delivery and most importantly condition of the car was immaculate.The crestline auto transport customer support person called in on monday to check if the car was delivered as per the promise. Once acknowledged from me, they went ahead and charged the money we agreed on during initial conversation.Overall i would recommend Crestiline auto transport hands down. They make business a breeze. I contacted Crestline about transporting my car after reading how positive their reviews were. I now understand why... they have gotten so many good reviews, they did a great job moving my car for me!! I was asking them to move my car between two fairly small cities. The car was picked up in less than a week from placing the order to move it. Once it was loaded up it was dropped off the next morning. I first contacted Crestline Auto Transport on a Sunday afternoon for a quote VIA text message of all ways. I loved this... option because it allowed me to multitask. The reply was prompt and professional and I had a quote in a few minutes. Crestline followed up with email confirmations and later phone calls. When it came to actually picking up the car they kept their word and they were able to arrange delivery during the holiday weekend. The driver himself was professional, friendly and got my car to me in one piece. I honestly have no complaints.read more
